Bringing Colombia's pantry to the United States

JETa Imports is a Colombian food and household goods importer and wholesaler based in DeLand, Florida. We exist for a simple reason: the flavors people grew up with should not be three flights and a customs form away. From the coffee grown in the mountains of Antioquia to the panela, arepa flour, bocadillos, wafers and cleaning staples that fill a Colombian kitchen, we bring them to the U.S. and put them within reach — one box at a time or one pallet at a time.

Global finds, local delights

We carry more than 600 products across coffee, hot chocolate and cocoa, candy and sweets, cookies and wafers, snacks, sauces and condiments, arepas and corn flour, rice, beans and grains, panela and sugar, frozen foods, dairy, spices, kitchen and housewares, household and cleaning, baby and personal care. If it belongs in a Colombian home, we are probably already importing it — and if we aren't, tell us and we will look into sourcing it.

Two ways to buy

  • Retail — shipped to your door. Order any quantity online and we ship across all 50 states, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST ship the same business day, Monday through Saturday.
  • Wholesale — bulk pricing for businesses. Latin grocers, bodegas, restaurants, bakeries, food trucks, panaderias and distributors buy from us by the case and by the pallet at wholesale pricing. Apply for a wholesale account.

Where we are

We operate out of DeLand, Florida, in Volusia County — minutes from Orange City, Deltona, Orlando and Daytona Beach. Being based in Central Florida means short transit times down the I-4 corridor and fast, predictable delivery to the Southeast, while still shipping nationwide every day.

How we work

We are importers, not middlemen buying from other importers. That means we control what comes in, we know the brands we carry, and we can hold the inventory our wholesale customers need in season — including the Navidad rush from November through December, when natilla, buñuelo mix, hojuelas and gift-box staples move fastest.

Every order is packed and inspected in DeLand. If something arrives wrong, damaged or short, we make it right — contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date and we will handle it with the carrier. See our return policy and shipping policy for the details.
